Unlocking Your Highest Potential

Whales Released My Birth Trauma

Can you believe that whales released my birth trauma? Yesterday I was attending a workshop with Dr. Susan in Ojai that focused on the vegas nerve & how birth trauma gets stored inside our body. Click here for workshop info. We were asked to watch a video of a whale with her calf & protector. We were asked to pay attention to the reactions in our body as we watched.

Whale & Calf

The moment it began joy filled my body, my heart opened & a huge smile came over my face. Shortly after I got twitches & my hands became sweaty. As we continued, I got back & neck pain. It was a beautiful clip of these whales swimming underwater together, yet internally I got nervous & thought something was wrong. It was as though this was so intimate, I shouldn’t be watching. My breath slowed, yet my heart was pounding.

It was so interesting hearing the reactions of people in the room. Some had fallen asleep, others got upset, I felt pain & emotions, how was this possible?

We went to break & I thought I should have some food. I ate a variety of foods with no problem. Lastly, I grabbed some dried cranberries. The first taste was disgusting, like it was poop. I thought it wierd & ate another. Same taste. Shortly after my stomach hurt so bad. I discussed it with the teacher & she shared that a birth trauma had been released. Often when we are in stress in the womb our digestive system will lock up & we will poop in the womb. Somehow, I ingested this & now 39 years later it had been released through the work I was doing. How awesome is that. Now all the toxins, emotions, etc that had been effecting me through my life were unlocked.
