Unlocking Your Highest Potential

Is Being Right Killing You??

Perfection or Being Right could be killing you. This constant program is running inside your body & draining you. People go to war everyday in the world, yet the war is not always with guns. It is with something more powerful, our minds, our egos.

Think about it…

As children we want to do “GOOD”, to get it “RIGHT”.

An internal program to strive for perfection goes off. (or one to fight it does). See Video As we progress we just want to get it right, to BE right, it doesn’t matter whether it IS right or not. So we get stubborn, competitive, judgmental, etc. We know what right & wrong is, we draw the line & communication breaks down. We think we are right. Whether we are or not is not the case, it is the constant need that drives us that will create separation from others, send us into our minds/ego, and breaks our body down.

I was working with a client who was raised strict in the Mormon Church. She knew “Right from Wrong” , even if she didn’t believe it. The constant messages from her parents & others telling her what to do to be good had created an internal conflict to her natural feelings that still runs her body 45 years later. Can you relate to that?

During our session, it became apparent how all this mental battle was stressing out her body, affecting her relationships, her work, and causing her pain all over. We worked to release it for a couple hours. This program ran deep and spread out affecting every area of her life. I took her in deep, to face & release this demon that was destroying her life.

When she sat up, without knowing it she instantly went into the ego pattern, frustration, insult. The breakdown was a breakthrough. I took her to the edge then she had to sit uncomfortably in all the “Know It All” chatter she was spewing out. She preferred to “Be Right”, to make “Me Wrong”, to hold “Her Position”, to “Be Superior”, to “Continue Living In Her Pain”. This is Catharsis, Reactivation. Whatever is stored in the body begins to release. So I let her spew for awhile, then explained the difference that her mind was not aware of.

As a Transformational Healer I can see where your limitations are, the areas you limit yourself. Because you are in your mind/body/emotions often you cannot see these limitations. It is true for all of us. That is why we get help. You may be aware that you have these blocks but how can you change them?

Are you fixing the problem with the same mind that created it? (Insanity)

Awareness is the key, but not always the solution. Therapy can help you become aware that the problem exists and is great support for you. Most therapy works with the mind which runs only 10% of your body. My work is with the subconscious which runs 90% of your body. This is why many of my clients say that 7 years of therapy did not help them as much as 1 session with me did.

We get to the “Cause” of the issue & Release it vs. “Talking” about it.

So I took my client to “her edge”, pushed the buttons, released the Demon. What she didn’t realize is that although she knew mentally what I was saying, I was holding an energetic space for her body to cathart, then release the pattern. This is what shaman, guru’s and some energetic healers are able to do. We hold a you at an energetic place that you are not able to go alone. We cause “Enlightenment” for your mind and body by BEING more light than the issue or person we are clearing. This “Enlightenment” often occurs through us, because we have cleared or are clear of the issue we are helping to clear in you. I speak the information you may know, because these are the messages your body has been sharing for years. Difference is, I hold the space where Transformation can occur and you can move through your blocks.

Enlightenment is not always easy, but the rewards are great.

Face it, do you want to BE RIGHT or BE HAPPY? Perhaps you can have both, but in the meantime try these suggestions.

Today

  1. Be aware of yourself & what pushes your buttons.
  2. Listen to the voice in your head
    1. What is it saying?
    2. Who is telling you this? (ie. mom, dad, teacher)
    3. Ask yourself if this is what you really believe?
  3. Take Action
    1. Be Aware of HOW the voice is driving your decisions
    2. Stop mid sentence or as soon as you are aware that you are power tripping or “being right”
    3. Determine WHAT you really believe
    4. Begin to make CHOICES that support you, even if it means listening to someone else’s perspective .
    5. Get Support (a friend, family, life coach or contact Jeanne Lupypciw at UnlockBlocks.com to clear the old programs running your life & get the support you need. Make your New Year’s Resolutions stick. Give yourself the gift of life, a new start towards being the person you were before you had to “BE RIGHT”.

Listening to others expands your possibilities, your awareness. You are not “Wrong”, just because you are not “Right”. If you can understand that concept, you will begin to relate to the world in a conscious way. Once consciousness expands, your world will begin to expand. New opportunities come your way, new friendships, a natural flow will develop. In this flow there is greater awareness & an incredible peace that you will find. When we are walking in this path, we become connected to something greater, more divine and realize that we know nothing and the journey begins all over again.

Take care,
Jeanne
