Have Hot Sex: Increase Passion by Changing Polarity

Hi George,
Thanks for your question. (See below) Your mind may be working overtime to find coincidences to support your beliefs. This is very common. We can usually find support for or against what we believe to prove our point. What I have found is that it is best to not force your position. You may see things very clearly, but if she is stuck on her interpretation there will be no changing her mind until it is time to change. You can continue your place of loving & supporting her as you have or change your direction to cause a change.

One way to shift from friend to lover is to play with polarity. Do you know how to do this?
Polarity is the magnetic attraction that we have for each other. In each person there is a masculine & feminine. We can amplify one of these to create a greater magnetic attraction between people.

For example: In the 1950’s we had the macho man & the subservient wife. This strong masculine with soft feminine created a magnetic attraction.
In the 1980’s there was the working woman with the man who nurtured his sensitive side. Again there was an opposite attraction.

When both people are in their masculine they neutralize each other creating friendship vs. sexual chemistry & passion. Friendship can be great, but if you want to amp up the passion you need to create polarity.

To achieve this, one person needs to shift to feminine (creative, nurturing, beauty, flow) while the other is masculine (focused, driven, decisive). Either sex can be masculine or feminine. For ease of example lets make the man masculine, woman feminine.

One way that relationships get neutralized is when the woman is working, solving problems, managing, focused. She comes home & continues that role by taking care of kids, cleaning house, paying bills, etc. She is focused on achieving results. The man comes home from work also in masculine mode. They are able to discuss results, be productive, mental. They could have sex but probably from the mental “lets do it” mode vs dynamic chemistry that passionately drives them to want to have sex.

To shift the polarity from neutralized to magnetic you need to create a difference between the sexes. If you want more passion you need to adjust your level to what your friends level is. For example: If she is problem solver, talking to you on friend masculine level you can either go more masculine or more feminine in yourself.

To get more masculine surround yourself with guys, be more goal oriented, give yourself permission to be a man, have a warrior mindset, think of ravishing her without being the “nice guy”. Rather than flowing with her be direct, tell her what you want, practice being grounded in yourself vs. needing her.

To shift into the feminine: be more playful, artistic, listen to music, dance, go with the flow.

For women, if you want to spark more passion in your relationship try this:
1. Have days or times set aside to be a lover. Give yourself permission to play for the night, Leave the work or responsibilities behind.

2. Start by changing your mindset when you get home from work.

3. Create a ritual to nurture yourself/do something you love.
An example: Turn on some sensual music, light candles, take a warm bubble bath with essential oils or rose petals, dance.
Another: Put on sexy lingerie or dress in something that makes you feel gorgeous. Find your flirty feminine side.

4. Take care of yourself, do what you love, what brings you joy. When you laugh & are fulfilled you will naturally create chemistry with the masculine.

George: You can experiment with these concepts without her knowing. Before you go see her, watch some football, hang with the guys, solve a problem, do something you love. See if she notices, if there is more attraction, but don’t tell her what you are doing.

In the end, she may just want friendship with you. You can be friends or move on at this point. Either way you will be more confident & know how to drive a woman wild with your new skill of creating polarity.

OK, here is something that I need HELP to interpreting, just checking if my mind is working overtime. I have a very good female friend and I have known her 18 years. We were both married have kids, etc. We drift in and out each other’s life but nothing ever serious. I always knew there was something special about us but I never paid attention to it until 6 months ago. Everything just fell into place for me but not for her. She still considers us FRIENDS although neither one of us are dating anyone seriously at this time. I have tried to take it to the next level but I have failed every time. I try to point out things to her and she just treats them as coincidences. Her actions, her smile, and body language say one thing and yet she tells me another. Ok now that I gave you a brief insight here is the latest incident that has me convinced and I am not sure how to make her understand.

Her car broke down, bad strut. She took the car to a mechanic and they gave her a FREE loaner, something that was never offered before. Afterwards she went shopping and by coincidence she found a simple piece of wall art, 3 harts with crosses through them. The art means nothing to her, she just liked it.

I was over her house this past weekend and soon as I saw the artwork I told her my interpretation, and she agreed with my interpretation, but she did not see a meaning to the art until I pointed it out to her. Driving home I started to think about the whole series of incidents and I started to interpret those as well, they all happened in 2 days. They clearly paint a picture for me but am not sure if I am interpreting this correctly or I am just biased because of the feelings I have for her.

My interpretation is as follows;
She got stopped in her tracks, I drive a caravan and she got a free loaner as a caravan, she hates caravan’s, but she likes the guy driving the caravan, as a friend that is, and the artwork is a blessed hart. Maybe I am just interpreting this to make it fit but there are many others that I can fill this blog with and all of them have similar interpretations. We both have feelings for each other and we are in sync 90% of the time but she tells me that I am like a brother to her but her actions, her smile, and body language say something completely different.

Can anyone else give me their thoughts on this?

How Much Love Can You Handle? Giving & Receiving Balance

How much love can you handle? Is your Giving & Receiving in Balance? Over the past month I have been challenged to receive more. Friends have shown where my giving is out of balance. I love to give & have made my career out of helping others, yet at their urging I am looking deeper at this need.

I have been asking the Universe to provide for me & feel blessed with many aspects of my life. In exploring this issue deeply, I realized that I had my hand on the give button & would only let a little receiving in before I had to give again. I was blocking my own channel of receiving.

As I looked into my feelings I realized that there is a sense of vulnerability that comes into play when you receive. As a child I needed to take care of others, to solve the problem, be the older sister. I was raised to have the right answer & fix things. This programming has continued through life without me being aware of it. This conditioning has caused me to be self sufficient & solve the problems. By receiving, even though I wanted to, I was going against my conditioning of knowing what to do. In a way it was admitting defeat to receive help. So not true, but my work with identifying subconscious programs & clearing them made me want to correct this in me.

What I saw is that it took me being broken, sick, massively in need before I would ask for help or receive it. Gratefully my friends showed me that when we don’t receive, it blocks others from their need to give. Since “receiving” this valuable information, I have been pleasantly surprised how much I have been offered in life.

I am working through relaxing my give button & allowing the gifts to come. I see where guilt arises around not feeling worthy of such kindness (even though I would provide the same gift without thinking twice about it), I see my need to reciprocate (tit for tat, needs to be equal) and releasing my fears to trust & be loved by others.

We have learned to give, to share, to be nice & not be selfish.

Check to see if your programming is out of balance.

• By receiving from someone, are there strings attached? Do you feel obligated?

How Much Love Can You Handle by Kypris
It is the new year and as I often do, I think about what I want to bring in to my life for the year. This year I am focusing on receiving, in ALL areas of my life.

Have you ever noticed that it is easy to give, but oh, SO hard to receive?

Over the holidays, what do we focus on? We focus on what presents we are going to give to which person, and whether or not they will like it. And if we forget someone, we feel horrible. But do we focus on receiving gifts well? Do we make an effort to say thank you, and to show our appreciation for the gifts, and to put them to use right away in our life?

I have a receiving altar, AKA an abundance altar, in my bedroom. Whenever I receive ANYTHING, be it money, gifts, love notes, or a power object, I put it on my altar so that I can look at it several times each day and feel my gratitude for that gift in my heart. Then I make sure to start using that gift immediately if it is something I truly want to receive. And if it’s not? I pass it on to someone who is better suited to integrate that thing into their life.

This feels good to me, like I am finally starting to learn about the FLOW of abundance and love in life. Because let’s face it, gifts and money also have bits of LOVE attached to them. It is really hard to separate the two in my life. When someone gives me money for a session or an event or a book or video, it is because there is a bit of love in them for that thing that I’m providing. I get to feel that love when I receive the money into my life and send that love on when I spend the money. Do you see? Love and money are tied together.

Now I’m sure we’ll all agree that things have been challenging lately. We are in a bit of an economic downswirl, and I know it’s been frightening for many of us to feel the pinch. And fear can be so wonderful because it MOTIVATES. It has driven me to begin the process of making deep and lasting changes to my relationship with money, with love, and with sex.

I have talked about money and love, but what about SEX?

Here’s a newsflash for us all–take some time to let your partner give to you. Instead of focusing so much on how you can make them feel good, on how you can prove that you are the sexiest thing alive by showing off all your tantric positions and techniques, maybe just sit back and let yourself receive. Then give back. Then receive again. Let there be a give and take.

When I am receiving I have to be vulnerable, and that is scary. If I don’t respond with the appropriate orgasm or connection, if I am not able to receive because I am scared and I snap the energetic connection between us, then I fail. So when I have these feelings I just love myself more and say “open, open open—receive!”. If I am giving, then I can get stuck in wanting to control, in expecting a certain response from my partner, in goals. When this happens I take a breath, come back into this moment and trust Spirit to guide me to a better place than I could ever imagine.

Be Selfish

Hi Neal, Great to hear your perspective on this, thank you.  I agree that it’s important to be selfish from the perspective of loving yourself & creating healthy boundaries.

I tend to be a giver, placing my needs behind those of other people.  I am surrounded by incredible friends who have been challenging me lately to ask for what I need & to be more selfish.  This week I was freezing, but didn’t want to put out my friends so I tried to make due.  When I couldn’t take it anymore, I asked “if we could turn on the heat” & my friend said “why are your needs less important than mine”?  WOW, no one had ever asked the question in this way.  It hit home to my importance & how I value myself.

I have asked the Universe to provide to me, yet when people wanted to give to me I would feel guilty for putting them out.  How can the Universe provide if we cannot receive or love ourselves enough to be selfish for our needs.

Lastly, the point of evil being a lesson.  In healing I have seen various forms of evil.  Some evil being so dark my eyes were veiled from seeing while clearing it from people, while other darkness like cancer was a confusion in the body or lesson to be learned.  The body tries to communicate with us, but we don’t always understand it’s message.  As we listen, learn the lessons & make the change, our body no longer needs to hold onto the issue.

We attract to us what is within us, or what needs to be learned.  Often our anxieties & emotions are the darkness, when we face it, lean into the fear it will transform.

Searching For “The One”

I have spent my life searching for “The One”. That fairytale relationship, soul mate that I grew up believing was out there. Yesterday a client began speaking of a new relationship, wondering if he was “The One”. Where do women become so disconnected from themselves that we believe there is a man out there that will save us? Our other half that we are no good without?

I remember traveling across Europe years ago. I was with a wonderful man, yet I was on a journey to find “Mr. Right”. The yearning in my heart for the handsome stranger who would see me from across the room, come forth to take me away forever. In each city I would be looking around “Where is He?” When will I find him? Completely oblivious to the man that was beside me, I was missing connection because I was wanting it to be something different than what it was. Think about how many times you have wasted a beautiful experience because you are too busy seeking the one that you would rather be having, the one that does not exist in that moment.

Yesterday I had a fairytale moment. I went to a mystical place “Self Realization Center”. I saw a beautiful man, I smiled & went on. For years I would have hoped a man would be interested enough that he might pursue & begin a conversation. As long as I desired this, for some reason it would not occur. I caught myself in my yearning for connection at that deep level & I released it in myself. Instead I focused on what I have come to learn. “The One” is within me. Not some make believe prince or fantasy, but the incredible being that I am. I released the yearning & found contentment within myself. I looked at the trees, took in a breath & found my center. I enjoyed the tranquil setting of the waterfall & flowers. I listened to God & then to his voice behind me. The man had been compelled to come forth & speak with me. He was leaving, yet knew he needed to come over. Our eyes met, the connection was so sweet. Grounded, peaceful, loving, I was able to be me while connecting to this beautiful man. He was sharing his thoughts & was compelled to hug me. Two magnets drawn together at the precise moment. Rather than seeking outside, I found peace & connection inside & God brought someone incredible into my life.

Is he “The One”, people may ask. I am “The One” & this is all that matters. By finding myself, being whole & complete exactly as I am, I am able to attract another who is whole & complete. Together we may choose to connect & share love. We are love & when brought together create a greater love. Find yourself & find your true love. This is what matters most. As you stop seeking outwards, you will find yourself inwards, then true love can blossom wherever you are.
