Holy Water Focus
Through my journey as a healer I have experienced interesting miracles. Often these are shown to me to illustrate a point or share some lesson for me to be aware of. I wanted to share this story with you.
Last year I attended an Atma Puja with Amma where Holy Water was given to us. This water was important to me, but shortly after the ceremony someone came to me with scattery energy. I got caught up in this distracting energy & someone took my Holy water. I was disappointed that I had lost my focus & something so precious had been taken from me.
A year has past & Friday I attended another Atma Puja. I guarded this Holy water with all my focus. As I walked out of the hall, crowds were jarring me & my water was splashing out of the container. I cherished each drop, wiping the spills & rubbing it on my body. I was feeling the loss, but determined to protect each drop.
As I exited the hall I was standing a moment & suddenly another container of Holy Water fell at my feet as though it had fallen out of my skirt. I looked around but no one had dropped theirs. Even as it fell at my feet, the lid held tight, yet my container had sloshed out just walking with it. I realized that I had maintained my focus in the chaos, I cherished this precious gift & now my lost water from last year had been returned to me.
Wesak Full Moon: Meditate Tonight at 7:12pm PST
Tonight at 7:12pm PST is a great time to meditate to gain insight & connect. The Full Moon will be in Taurus, marking Wesak as described below.
Kythera Ann Article When the full moon is in the constellation of Taurus (usually the full moon in May), a world-wide event takes place that is oftentimes referred to as Wesak. In the East, this date also marks a celebration of Buddha’s birth, attainment of Buddhahood, and his departure from the physical body. The new and full moon periods are always times of increased communication with other dimensions. It is as if the veils become thinner between planes, and is why meditation at these times can be very fruitful. When the moon is in Taurus, a special rending of the veils occurs.
As legend has it, Buddha, “The Illumination of Light,” and Christ, “The Embodiment of Love,” meet at this time for the benefit of humanity and Earth. The Office of the Christ and the Office of the Buddha work in concert for the vibrational upliftment of humanity. Wesak marks an intense period of Spiritual evaluation in all dimensions. This evaluation sets humanity’s vibrational destiny for the next twelve-month cycle.
According to tradition, Wesak is a time when the Buddha returns to Earth, to bless it. This blessing is transmitted through the Christ for renewed Spiritual life. It is further stated in the legends about Wesak, that when Buddha pours forth the blessing upon the Earth, Christ (who has remanifested upon the Earth) intones a great mantra used only at this time of year. This mantra sets up such a powerful vibration, that it reaches up from Earth directly to Spirit. This mantra is supposedly an interdimensional vibratory link that can connect all the Living Light bodies from Earth to God.
Through the Office of the Buddha the Wisdom of God is poured forth, and through the Office of the Christ the Love of God is manifested. This creates a ring pass not communication effect for all active participants. In modern times, it is common for individuals to meditate at the time of Wesak. Meditators send forth to God as much consciously gathered and focused Christed Love as they can. At the same time humanity is sending a stream of Christed Love to God, a massive down pouring of Divine Intelligence and Understanding will envelop Earth. The upwelling Love of humanity connects vibrationally to a down-pouring vibration of Wisdom; through this connection, the Hierarchy can set the karmic clocks for humanity’s unfoldment. The setting of the karmic clocks is in direct proportion to humanity’s demonstrated ability to assimilate higher Light frequencies. This ability of Earth and humanity to assimilate the higher Light frequencies is in direct proportion to the quality and quantity of focused Light that is generated from Earth. The new vibrational patterns needed for continued soul growth (karmic clocks) are set for a twelve month cycle.
I was driving through the redwood forest of California on Wesak of 1990. I channel songs in Hebrew and Greek frequently. I did not consciously realize that the legend of Wesak included a mantra. I asked my guidance what would be an appropriate sound vibration to describe Wesak. I received the words and harmony for Shekinah, Soma Christu. I was shown how the Shekinah is an energy manifestation of sound that calls to humanity. Individuals who have consciously evolved vibrationally to the point of recognizing this frequency (requesting that the Children of Light stand up and be counted) respond with the sound vibration of Soma Christu!
With this as a background, the meaning of Shekinah, Soma Christu can be discussed:
Shekinah, (pronounced she-k+eye-nuh) means “presence of God” derived from the feminine aspect of the Holy Trinity. It is the energy that sanctifies from within the dimension of matter, referred to in Christian Traditions as the Holy Spirit. Shekinah is the visible manifestation of the divine presence. Shekinah is the power of the Holy Spirit and pours forth as a river of Divine Understanding and Intelligence (like Wisdom, Sophia). Shekinah enables the basic building blocks of intelligence to be transformed and transmuted so that they can vibrate at frequencies attuned to the divine blueprint. The Shekinah has the ability to perfect our consciousness programs by eliminating distortions even on a cellular level.
Soma Christu (pronounced So-ma Chris-two) is Greek and means Light of Christ. It is the Light we have the ability of igniting within when connecting to our Christed Overself. The “Christos” creates the energy impulse to speak the sacred languages and thus (through transformation of sound encoded in Light) enables one to understand revealed eternity. To utilize this combination (Shekinah, Soma Christu) requires one to understand the motivation behind its creation.
I have a tape available that I recorded, where the mantra resounds with the Shekinah coming from a great distance calling to Earth. The Soma Christu represents sparks of divine consciousness igniting in individuals all over the Earth. These sparks are igniting in Joy and Love, proclaiming their devotion to Spirit and willingness to work with the Hierarchy of Light to lift humanity’s vibration. Through the vibration of Soma Christu, the Children of Light consciously proclaim their support of, and at-onement with, the Divine plan.
Although I channeled this for Wesak, I’ve found that anytime one works with this harmony an unfoldment and feeling of joy in being connected to God takes place.
If you would like to try a Wesak meditation/visualization ceremony, try this:
VISUALIZATION
Hear in your mind the call of the Shekinah; visualize an energy beam coming from galaxies away, searching for a response. As you intone the Soma Christu three times, realize you are answering a divine call. Respond with joy and love for the infinite plan. Realize you are intoning the words three times to acknowledge your understanding of the trinitization required for Christed consciousness. Feel the connection with the Shekinah of Divine Intelligence and Understanding growing stronger each time you intenally hear the call of the Great Mother. Feel your body radiating ever brighter in correspondence to your increasing commitment to the Hierarchy as you intone Soma Christu. Each Soma Christu, by its connection with the spiritualizing energy of the Shekinah, becomes ever more joyous. You are vibrationally proclaiming to the universe your commitment to the Divine plan.
Once these realizations have occurred, expand your consciousness. Visualize the Shekinah vibration echoing through space, enveloping the entire Earth. With each intonation of Soma Christu, see a small Light ignite upon the Earth’s surface. As these Lights multiply with each intonation of Soma Christu, realize that each Light represents a Child of Light responding to the call of Spirit. Realize that these Lights are your Brothers and Sisters of Light throughout humanity. Remember that as we grow in number, and the “Christos” motivates us to proclaim our identity through the vibrational harmonies encoded in the Language of Light, that we can raise the vibration of the Earth. Each of us can serve the plan of Spirit with joy and love!

Meditation: How to Quiet Your Mind
Meditation is a powerful way to quiet your mind & connect to your higher wisdom. Often people ask me about meditation, so I wanted to share some insight with you.
The biggest issue beginners face is mind chatter.
Mind chatter is all the thoughts, list of to do’s, our litttle voice telling us what we should have said or done, etc. This can be annoying when you are trying to ask God for all the answers, quiet your mind and all you can do is think of all the other things you should be doing in that moment. Many people give up at that time.
If you go into meditation with no expectations & just allow the thoughts to pass by like clouds, you will begin to notice that these are just thoughts. Many do not require action, they are just thoughts.
This is where you can relax a bit more & breathe. In fact meditation is more about relaxing, so practice counting your breathe in the beginning.
Try this exercise:
- Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and breathe in counting 1,2,3 breathe out 1,2,3. Keep breathing in & out counting to 3.
- To go a step further try breathing in through your nose making your belly rise on the inhale.
- Many people have learned to suck in their belly so you may be breathing in reverse. To get a true inhale it is best to breathe in deep through your nose allowing your belly to rise.
- On the exhale, pull your belly in clearing all the air from your lungs.
- Continue counting in & out to counts of 3 then see if you can extend the count to 4 or 5 or more.
- Don’t push yourself, it is a calm breath expanding your lungs slowly.

Finding the “Middle Ground”
As we become more conscious, the pendulum swings back & forth until we are able to find the “middle ground”. 
The middle ground is the place where “all” exists. Have you gone from one extreme to another? This shift is often where we are learning awareness & updating who we are, our beliefs, experiences, etc.
Imagine crying & laughing at the same time. Feeling intense depression while knowing everything is great. This place makes no sense to the mind, yet internally there is a knowing that everything is evolving perfectly. It can be difficult being in this place, yet my experience is that evolution usually comes shortly after, enlightenment.
Burning away all that no longer serves. The poor mind can become so caught up & frightened. Suicidal depression, wanting to give up mixed with an intense desire for life & spirit. Hang in there if this is where you are. Although it may feel very lonely here, there is a window that opens soon where others of like minded consciousness exist.
I have found that as I have cleared through these places I am able to lead others through. This is not a place we can buy our way into, we must have the faith, consciousness & light to pass through. Breathe, meditate, listen to your inner wisdom, reach out if appropriate, or go through it alone, knowing you are not alone. Evolve brave one, evolve.

Searching For “The One”
I have spent my life searching for “The One”. That fairytale relationship, soul mate that I grew up believing was out there. Yesterday a client began speaking of a new relationship, wondering if he was “The One”. Where do women become so disconnected from themselves that we believe there is a man out there that will save us? Our other half that we are no good without?
I remember traveling across Europe years ago. I was with a wonderful man, yet I was on a journey to find “Mr. Right”. The yearning in my heart for the handsome stranger who would see me from across the room, come forth to take me away forever. In each city I would be looking around “Where is He?” When will I find him? Completely oblivious to the man that was beside me, I was missing connection because I was wanting it to be something different than what it was. Think about how many times you have wasted a beautiful experience because you are too busy seeking the one that you would rather be having, the one that does not exist in that moment.
Yesterday I had a fairytale moment. I went to a mystical place “Self Realization Center”. I saw a beautiful man, I smiled & went on. For years I would have hoped a man would be interested enough that he might pursue & begin a conversation. As long as I desired this, for some reason it would not occur. I caught myself in my yearning for connection at that deep level & I released it in myself. Instead I focused on what I have come to learn. “The One” is within me. Not some make believe prince or fantasy, but the incredible being that I am. I released the yearning & found contentment within myself. I looked at the trees, took in a breath & found my center. I enjoyed the tranquil setting of the waterfall & flowers. I listened to God & then to his voice behind me. The man had been compelled to come forth & speak with me. He was leaving, yet knew he needed to come over. Our eyes met, the connection was so sweet. Grounded, peaceful, loving, I was able to be me while connecting to this beautiful man. He was sharing his thoughts & was compelled to hug me. Two magnets drawn together at the precise moment. Rather than seeking outside, I found peace & connection inside & God brought someone incredible into my life.
Is he “The One”, people may ask. I am “The One” & this is all that matters. By finding myself, being whole & complete exactly as I am, I am able to attract another who is whole & complete. Together we may choose to connect & share love. We are love & when brought together create a greater love. Find yourself & find your true love. This is what matters most. As you stop seeking outwards, you will find yourself inwards, then true love can blossom wherever you are.

Sacred Heart: A Spiritual Journey in France
A few years ago I went on an unexpected spiritual journey. For 10 days I would travel through Europe visiting Paris, Ruen, Normandie, Milan, Venice, Assisi, Rome, Pompeii, Naples, Scotland & Ireland. What began as a life long desire to connect with the culture, history, art & architecture quickly shifted. In each city magnificent lessons occurred, spiritual awakenings. The one I will focus on for now involves Mont St. Michelle in France.
It was getting dark, yet after seeing the picture of Mont St. Michelle castle, I knew I needed to go.
Upon arrival the castle was dark & vacant. I found myself instinctually running up the stairs, turning down corridors, being drawn forward until I stopped infront of a gothic cross in the cemetary. Who was this, how had I known where to go? I allowed myself to be open to experience what spirit wanted to reveal.
I passed a tree and suddenly an image came to mind of a woman from medieval times protecting the children. I saw a crest of a heart being held beneath by praying hands. There was a cross coming out of the center/top of the heart. I knew I must draw this in the dirt, it was a way to honor the crest, my heritage.
The journey continued till I made it to the abbey on top. There was a dark stairwell, leading to the church. Immense fear came over me as I walked toward the door, I couldn’t take it & ran below. I asked my teacher why I had been so sickened by this area & he shared that this is where the hangings & slayings would have occured. Beneath the castle, the fog rolled in on the water. Drawing in the sand, i imagined the boats from medieval times coming to shore. It was eerie, yet very powerful.
For years the crest image would come to mind. When I was in Scotland I looked to see if this was a family crest, when in the shower I would draw it in the steam. There was something peaceful I connected to with this heart.
I have been going through a new level of transformation in my heart recently. Tonight while in the shower I thought of my heart opening wider, able to love more fully. I imagined angel wings coming out, then the hands holding the heart. I wondered if there was a picture I could find that would represent this (perhaps to use as a logo for who I am becoming). My google search brought me to this

To my surprise, it represents the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus was loved by Francis de Sales whose writings focus deeply on the Divine Love of God for humanity. Salesian spirituality utilizes the heart aflame as a motif for the love shared between God and all Creation. It is not an image of judgment, but of unconditional love: the unconditional, communal love shared by the Triune God and the unconditional, compassionate love of God for humankind.
Looking back now, I remember being in the Basilique du Sacré Coeur in Paris on the butte Montmartre a few days before my castle experience. As I walked around I thought I had dreamed this place the night before. Sacré Coeur translates to Sacred Heart.
Many people have made pilgrimages through the years to this sacred castle. I am grateful to have experienced this & now years later to continue expanding my heart so that I may have a greater understanding of what the Sacred Heart of Jesus is sharing with me. Unconditional love for humanity. My life is filled with miracles. Spirit is so incredible. Trust the journey, it’s incredible to see how it all unfolds.
